processing application? This software developer's kit provides a
ready-to-use and time-proven industrial-friendly touch-screen
compatible user interface with image acquisition, loading, and
processing ready for your custom application.
Smart-Cam SDK makes it simple to write your own machine vision software
by providing the necessary framework and complete user interface to
capture images from video cameras and video devices, display live
video on the screen, load and save image files, process image
data, and manage user settings. A library of common machine
vision functions including measurement and image analysis is also
included as well as several examples showing how to make a
machine vision program using the software developer's
kit.
Developing machine vision applications for Windows
has never been easier. Smart-Cam SDK takes the mystery out of
working with the Windows API; video camera support, BMP/JPG file
format support, a fast live image preview, and smooth interactive
image display are already provided for you, allowing you to focus
on your image processing task without getting bogged down in the
details of either Windows or hardware programming. The
main executable and support DLLs are already provided, you merely
write (or modify) the source code to a custom DLL for fast,
reliable, turnkey machine vision system development.
Smart-Cam SDK includes two versions of the SDK source code ready for
recompilation using almost any Windows-compatible C++ compiler.
The source code should be compatible/portable to any C++ compiler
or development system that can produce a standard Windows 32-bit
DLL.
